YES! another succesful day
of team building and relationship
management.

Welcome to John and Kevin, two
excellent TERA people who have
a little spare time and enjoy the
business yet friendly environment
we in Global Achievers have.

Lessons are being learnt daily.
Example, I never open my mouth
as a newbie, because "I ASSUME"
i am the last person to get to
every program. You would think
that after 36years in business
and 54 years on Planet earth
I would know that asking is the
key. All it takes is a few words.
A few words to build the business,
to help yourself achieve your goals.

The team is coming together, we
welcome those team leaders who feel

Learn from a Team - Global Achievers

Here we focus on Traffic Era, however,
the same principles apply to most
Traffic Exchanges and to any newbie,
I encourage you to learn, listen
and participate.

The place to be is the team
chat rooms - it can be a hive of
activity.

It is now a week since we
founded the Global Acheivers
team. A week of upheavel
followed by jubilation.

It is always stressful to face
change head on but then time
and action takes care of all
that comes along.

The first week has been filled
with learning experiences plus
a lot of time spent listening.
YES! listen and learn two important
qualities I am learning to master
on this new journey.

Right now I have learnt a lot
about Traffic Era and how it works.
The people active in the exchange
and the new registrations.

Yes! we as a team are growing and
therefore changing as we see stratagies
of other teams unfold.

Yes! I was reminded of where I came from
and I was reminded that in order tobe
a good leader we need to be capable of
being led. Once a leader we also need
to understand that we need to pass on
that knowledge gained.

We in Global Achievers are actively and
aggressively looking for those MEMBERS
who feel they want to re-spark their
TERA (Traffic Era) activities or would
merely like to participate in a team.

As a team we now in the TOP 15 with a
weekly bonus of 15000 plus for each
team member plus our own credits.

In addition to the above we have the occasional
race placements which we as a team get excited
about. We continually push each other to
achieve and stretch for that DREAM.

What does it mean to say thank you? Who do we say thank you to?
How do we say thank you? When do we say thank you?
Why do we say thank you? Do any of the above apply?

Could we call the the process above? Defining the Thank You process!

Doruman gave me a reason to ask
if a thank you was necessary.

In the end a note was sent saying
thank you to him for caring.
The question is:
Will it be enough is a thank you ever enough?

Doru was:
Caring enough to share his knowledge with me.
Caring enough to take the time of out from his family
and business life to share his knowledge and thoughts.

All of this was for FREE. Was it because he had free stuff
or free ringtones or free music to offer me? No all of it
was for FREE all in the name of friendship.

Now I am looking ahead to the coming attractions,
the new days ahead, in the form of his online business tools,
and his advice on making money with traffic exchanges.
It is a bit like watching the trailers of movies. You get
a taster and then future looks so bright.

How would you say thank you to a person like Doruman?

Doru (Doruman) and I met in Tera whilst chatting
in our team chat facility, call it an online learning
facility. Here we met and our friendship grew out of
mutual respect for each other. Two strangers in
this virtual world, embarking on ventures in
the viral marketing field. Viral marketing an
area of expertise in which I am still a newbie.

With Doru's encouragement and constant encouragement
I am here today making a start. A start in marketing
a product in which I have belief and trust in.
